Not only do I use mine as an alarm clock, but I also manage to turn it off in the weekends (most of the time).

Sounds like a talk between people in an age range around 60.

I never bother to turn off the alarm, after 2 hours of intermittent ringing it stops anyway. Well... either that or the battery dies.

As long as you know how to turn the hearing device off, it's no problem I suppose.

You better be careful! The ability to turn on spanking devices is the last one to go. Spankos with canes are very unpopular at nursing homes.

Well, if you have no other use for mobiles, maybe you can use it for that purpose, especially if it's one of these XXL-phones designed for elder people. Or the Motorola Pro - very robust and a real android.

My mother is trying to convince me to get one of those. She, of course, has a much neater one herself.......
