I am not usually one to complain but that is twice in a week the same member of your library staff has insulted me!! Ahhhh, Arthur, don't you invariably make the same complaint about the same person doing the same thing to you? Why should Februs go to the trouble of setting up a complaint department? IMHO you could simply e-mail him the message, "Ditto" once a week and accomplish the same end... --C.K.

I can see my legitimate complaints about a member of your staff Februs, is not being taken seriously! Take my advice! Be firm Februs! Be very firm indeed! From now on take no nonsense! A policy of Zero tolerance is called for! Stern discipline is the answer! (After all this is a SPANKING library!!?) Remember you have my full support!
