Can I have some clarity about the daily limits?

For me, it has been 20 stories per day regardless of how many comments i make (my ratio is 7 comments for 270 odd stories). Is that the maximum limit for non subscribers? Some clarity would be appreciated

Once 50 or more items have been viewed a basic account for non-subscribers can view 20 items per day so long as they have made a minimum of one story comment per 500 items viewed.
