Submission timescales?

Sorry to be pressing but I sent a story and message a few weeks back now and haven't heard anything. I hadn't sent anything for a few years and seem to remember getting responses quite quickly before. I realise people may be doing other things and working through backlogs, but would be useful to get some sense of how long things are generally taking these days.

From the evidence at hand, i'd say a few weeks or more.

It seems to be about a three week turnaround, which considering the amount of publishing work involved by the LSF team and the huge number of stories that appear to keep being submitted and published, all looks very reasonable.
