Hello. I am a paid subscriber but the website will not allow me to add favorites. What can I do?

You should be able to mark a story as a favourite either from within the story viewer or wherever stories are listed, assuming that the story you are wanting to mark as a favourite has already been read by you. Is this how you're trying to do it?
