I can't really comment on the gooreplacer plugin as I'm not familiar with it. The jquery library is loaded in under a second for me so I'm not sure why it's taking so long for you. I'd recommend using a standards compliant web browser and Google Public DNS (if you aren't already) and see if that fixes the problem:

The site requires javascript to work so it's not feasible or desirable for it to be disabled.
