One of the stipulations for using the LSF is that people don't mask their ip address by using proxies, VPNs etc. We have several reasons underpinning this policy, not the least of which is that we're constantly subject to harassment by spammers and they all tend to mask their ip addresses in this way.
In your case, your ip address is currently showing as belonging to Google and this is most likely due to having data compression enabled in Chrome browser on your mobile. There's an article about it here:

I don't run Chrome myself but a search of the web suggests that the google proxy can be toggled on and off by selecting Settings, then Data Saver and toggling the option off.
Not sure if this will help or not but it's all I can think of.
