I don't understand

Why would you close the topic I started without giving me a chance to respond? I have been nothing but nice and polite.

The time between starting my account and my mistake was months in between. Why would I purposely break that rule, knowing the consequences? It doesn't make sense.

The Help forum is for queries regarding technical or functional issues with the site not for discussions regarding the creation of multiple accounts in order to avoid having to leave a comment.

Once queries on the Help forum have been answered the threads are locked and that way the forum acts as a reference point for others with similar queries. If you wish to discuss your own personal account then you can contact us via popup or email. I can't guarantee we'll respond but we're certainly not going to debate reinstating your account on the Help forum.
