I was wondering how to set about it: send an appreciation to Flopsy? Put it in the small talk?

Either way. Probably best to just put it in Small Talk...

I don't think there have been any "official" stories of the day for a long time, so if there is a story you would like to draw attention to, it may be better to do it in the Small Talk column.

... or the Plugboard, although that seems to be used mainly for self-plugging!
