Is the popup function not working?

I'm trying to send a message to another site member, and I keep clicking on the "popup" icon on his page, but I click, and nothing happens.

EDIT: I'm attempting this on a Mac, using the Google Chrome browser. The popup function has worked before.

EDIT2: I tried also with the Safari browser. Same thing.

EDIT3: And Firefox. Not working.

I'm not sure what you mean by "his page" but if you mean his author page then make sure that you scroll down as the popup window appears just below the author's details.
