That appears to be what happened on mine. The number of views for that story increased by 1 but the total number of reads on my library card stayed the same. Maybe Februs will enlighten us.
That's correct, the number of views for the story itself goes up (unless you view the same story twice in a row I believe) but the number of stories read by the user does not. Strictly speaking, the reader's view count is the number of
different items viewed and the story's view count is the actual number of views.
