Forgive me if this has already been asked and answered.
If one keeps returning to the same story and re-reading it does each visit count in their items viewed list?

I believe what I was told is that it only counts once if you read the same story back to back. But, if you reread an old one, then it counts again. I tried it just now on one of my own old stories (sorry, Guy), and the count on the story itself incremented. It appears that my library card did not change, though.
Read one of mine now, tysout?

FiBlue:
That appears to be what happened on mine. The number of views for that story increased by 1 but the total number of reads on my library card stayed the same. Maybe Februs will enlighten us.

That's correct, the number of views for the story itself goes up (unless you view the same story twice in a row I believe) but the number of stories read by the user does not. Strictly speaking, the reader's view count is the number of different items viewed and the story's view count is the actual number of views.
