I didn't fully understand the "not flicking through stories quickly" message - and now I can't view stories at all. Could my account be please restored? I assure you, I won't put strain on the servers again.
There are two ways the site tries to prevent flicking through stories repeatedly without reading them. One is simply to set a short period of time between consecutive views but for those that continue to flick over a prolonged period (a whole hour for example) the site locks down the account and it's left like that until the member requests the account be unlocked again.
Anyway, I've restored your access but please use the site responsibly and use the various items of information we provide to determine stories that are likely to be of interest.
