Today i started having this problem i cant reed any story its saying that my browser is using a proxy but i have turned it off if anyone can help pls do.

Membership of the LSF is granted on the basis that its users do not hide their ip address, whether by proxy or other means. We get inundated with spammers all of whom use proxies or other ip obfuscation techniques and have now tightened up on the checks that we make. If you're not actually connecting via a proxy (and from your post you seem to be suggesting that you were) then perhaps your ISP is is using a proxy of some kind.

I would suggest contacting your ISP and asking them if your internet connection is being made via a proxy. You could also try this web page and see if the test script thinks you are behind a proxy:
