Evening

Can anyone tell me how long it normally takes to get a reply to a message submitted via 'contact us'?

I'm requesting an email address to submit a story to. Does it normally take more than three days to get an answer? Not complaining, just asking.

You raised the query on the 9th October and I replied to you a few hours later. I suggest you check your spam folder!

I did! I really did! I sent my first mail on Sunday 7th and , because I didn't know what the normal response time was. I resubmitted on the 9th. There's been nothing in the gmx.co.uk spam folder.

So, it's obviously GMX's problem. I now see your reply to my 2nd mail at 09.41 this morning. I wouldn't have asked the question on this forum tonight if I'd have seen that this morning: I didn't.

In short: I ain't standing in no corner. Thanks for the reply Flopsy.
