Is the chat room down?

When I join the chat room my name does not register in the "Users online" box. Or am I being a total idiot and doing something wrong?

I just entered the CHAT and get the same result.

One has to enter the room, this will open up a 2nd tab on your screen. Shrink the chat room tab and go to the home page and click on Home, you will then see you are in the room. It took me a while to catch on but it does work.

I was just in the chat room with 4 others, I went to wait for one person, three others joined. the bot is not fun, though- stingy with her/is pithy remarks.

I've never got any response from the bot - stingy or otherwise. Perhaps I should spank it

I would say that it does sometimes take a while to load the chat room, and so often I put the sound on on the 'puter to wait in the Library before going back to check. If someone is active in chat and posts a message whilst my back's turned the 'puter makes a noise to tell me
