Rollin (1st place) for The Friday Night Bridge Club - 82 votes
Lori (2nd Place) for The Markham Girls - 76 votes
and Rollin (3rd place) for A Gift from Great Aunt Kate (74 votes)

And to the Runners up:
TSP - Birching Emily

We have 50 great stories, and it's been fun reading them all. If you now click on the story contest button, you should be able to see who has written what.

I agree. A good job was done by all, but special congratulations to Rollin, Lori, and (err) ROLLIN!

Winning twice out of a field of 50 stories is just amazing!

Something xmas orientated would be nice, those elves are always tricky to keep in line.

It was such a great bunch of stories, that it was *very* hard for me to choose my favorites. Congratulations to the winners -- but also congratulations to everyone who submitted a story. The level of the writing is remarkable. (I'm kind of glad I didn't submit one, I'd have felt hopelessly outclassed .)

For Rollin to have won twice out of 50 great stories is awesome. It is truly amazing. I could have voted for 48 out of 50 and the other two, were still good.
