I'm sure that there are a significant number of people here of the opinion that they could help you improve by the proper application of discipline... and even some who wouldn't make that a requirement. Good luck with your request!

I didn't know it was possible to send a pop-up to non-authors. How do you do that?

You can use info/members list. The first column for each entry is a pop-up icon.
