There's a Spank Shop where Andrea (age never totally specified, but I've always thought of her as late 30's/early 40's) is spanked by her teenage (18) receptionist Kimberley.

It may not have as much age spread as you wish but Four sisters by Spankzz involves a 15 year old guy babysitting sisters ranging in age from 10 to 16, three of the four end up getting spanked in one evening including the 16 year old.

I thoroughly enjoy role reversal (either F/F or F/M) stories, especially F/F, and Patron's two series are superb. Something about the concept strikes a very sensitive (and sexual) nerve.

I (Flogmaster) have written a few m/F stories that might be of interest.

"The Governess" about a little boy that fools his grownup governess into taking his spankings. The setup is a bit long and talky, but I wanted to make it believable, which is tricky.

"Blackmail" is a super-short story about a boy blackmailing his teacher, and "Wish" is another about a dying boy who gets to spank a naughty sitcom star.
