I am looking for stories that in their plot the mother of the person who get spanked is in full contect with the spanker and give permission and stuff like that..

Sorry Raz could you rephrase that question and add more specific info, I am not sure what exactly you are asking for? Is English your second language perhaps?

I'm figuring that he's referring to a story in which the spankee's mother, who normally would be the one spanking him/her, gives her support in permitting an outside party to spank her son/daughter.

That's hardly an uncommon concept in spanking-oriented writing, there are probably hundreds of Library stories featuring such a situation...

CrimsonKid is correct that this is a very common theme in spanking literature. For instance, Chapter 2 of "A Peculiar Passion" by Kenneth Harding shows a mother who is in full control as she has her husband soundly spank their teenage daughter, at one point saying that the girl has only had "Half a spanking". This book may very well be available with alternate titles.

You could try The Pear Tree by Arthur James Blimp.

Assuming that you mean the mother actually being present for the spanking(s) and obviously approving of it/them, these stories of mine (in the order listed) describe such situations:

"It's Not Fair!" #3
"It Sure Is Fun!" #3
"It Sure Is Fun!" #4
"It's Not Fair!" #4

These are each written as a 'Letter to the Editor' narrative by one of the characters involved, describing a situation within which a 17-year-old boy is spanked by his two younger teenage stepsisters, with his stepmother looking on and even assisting them; she does also do some spanking of her stepson herself in a couple of these accounts.

(The "It's Not Fair!" letters are written from the spanked boy's perspective, while the "It Sure Is Fun!" ones are from the perspectives of the stepsisters who wallop his bare behind, #3 is narrated by the younger of the two girls and #4 by the older of them. There is a response to each account from a female psychologist who generally approves of the young ladies spanking their stepbrother.)

I will mention that these stories don't feature 'fair treatment' of the genders, they're set in the "Puericil Universe" (which I didn't create), within which underage females are considered to be much more mature than their masculine counterparts and often function as their caretakers and/or disciplinarians.

KD Pierre's story "Crushed" describes a situation in which an early-teenage girl regularly spanks her slightly younger preteen brother with their mother's full permission. (In this account, the sister's best girlfriend and later his mother also end up spanking the boy.)

The final part involves an intriguing focus on the nature of the spanker vs. spankee roles as well...
