Come to think of it, Three Over the Knee from the Shelly Brooks series also has this theme. Having gotten into serious trouble together, Shelly's friends Katie and Jill, after much soul searching, tell Susan Brooks that they think they should get the same punishment that Shelly got.

Just found a rather nice story called "Curiosity" by Steven Wilson about a well behaved schoolgirl who needs to find out what a slippering is like before she leaves to go to college.

I've done a few stories like that... But without a slow build up.

Asking: A boy who has never been spanked discovers that his friend is and asks to be spanked over a past misdeed.

Report Cards: A girl who hasn't been spanked in years discovers her friend is still spanked over report cards and after wondering how that friend's mom would react to her own report card asks for a report card spanking.

There is a wonderful story of a boy wanting to be spanked by his aunt. He does not actually ask for it but fakes smoking to see if she would take the initiative. I will have to search to remember the tittle. Similar feeling to asking.
