Cordoba, or Cordova Series

I am looking for a serial that appeared in the old newsgroups area of the Internet. It took place in a reform school setting, with the youngsters assigned to spanking families. I seem to remember the town was named something like Cordova. Possibly in Wyoming. Well written; if memory serves me. Thanks.

There's a series with the title Cordoba by an author called wild-bill (Brian) which you can find by searching the alt.sex.spanking newsgroup which is accessible via the (largely screwed up) google groups.
