@Lincoln - my ex-wife had breast cancer (twice, involving a partial and total mastectomy), and I lost both a mother and a sister to cancer, but I find that it's best not to confuse reality with fantasy.

You're right of course. I don't think any of us here meant to trounce you on the subject. I guess it's just that even in fiction and fantasy there are things that tend to turn us off.

I was expressing a personal view. God forbid that I should try to censor the site - which I wouldn't be allowed to do anyway. Forgive me if I don't give chapter and verse on my experience.

I suppose anyone is entitled to their fantasies, but in my opinion there is no such thing as breast spanking. Spanking can only be performed on the buttocks. Striking any other part of the body makes it something else. And the thought of using a cane on a woman's breasts makes me shudder.

But to me, spanking can only involve the buttocks. I have no personal interest in a woman being hit on any other part of her body, in fact, it sickens me.

This sounds a little prescriptive, John. I'm rather dubious of anyone trying to define what is, or isn't, 'real spanking'. As a lifelong kinkster, I try to be tolerant of other people's kinks, or of variants of my own, even if I don't happen to share them.

My dictionary defines 'spank' as 'to slap or smack with the open hand, esp. on the buttocks'. Especially, but not exclusively. Quite a lot of girls, I've found, enjoy being spanked on the thighs, on the breasts, or (in particular) on the pussy. I'd never spank a girl's breasts as hard as I'd spank her bottom, but a flurry of fast light spanks on the breasts can be quite a turn-on for her, as can tweaking or nibbling her nipples. Of course you, or she, may find the idea a turn-off; but practiced subtly you might find it can add considerably to the fun.

I appreciate your comments, Phil. But if you'll re-read my entire post you'll see that I qualified the remark which you quoted by clearly stating, "In my opinion." Of course anyone is free to define spanking in their own mind however they see fit. I also said that people were entitled to their own fantasies. But someone else's fantasy might not appeal to me nor mine to them. And this is something that just so happens not to work for me. I would have no interest in doing it, seeing it or reading about it. But that's certainly not to say someone else might.

I thought the purpose of the thread was to gauge the amount of interest on this subject without passing judgement. I was only trying to give my opinion, which is a total lack of interest in an aspect of spanking that is a turn off for me personally. I apologize if I seemed to be passing judgement on others, that was not my intent.

I propose to the staff of this 'Spanking Library, that E. L James, author of "50 Shades of Grey", be invited to submit her best-selling novel, to this excellent library. Can this be permitted.

Yes, especially when their cancer was triggered at an early age by an accidental whack to the breast.

Although we all have different ways of perceiving and enjoying our kink, I could never consider breast punishment involving canes, whips to be 'safe' in any way whatsoever. So it doesn't really fall under the umbrella of 'safe, sane and consensual'. IMHO It would be like caning or whipping a man's testicles (both dangerous to the health and intended function of that body part and, excruciatingly painful). I hear the virtual universal shudder of every male member when I say that!

I do agree with what you say there to a degree, BlackrockBoss. However you will always get those who internalise and act upon what they have seen or read in fiction. For example very young kids have jumped off roofs in Superman capes and killed/maimed themselves believing they can fly because Superman does.

Young males (I am referring to older teens here) watch porn and then they get the unrealistic notion that real women should behave like porn stars in the bedroom and engage in all sorts of debasing activities like they love it!

I personally, consider fiction vs reality a very grey area at times.
