I am very sorry to have to report that Alex Birch, who was one of the first authors we approached in regards to seeking permission to load his stories to the library, passed away in his sleep last night. He had been battling cancer for a number of months previously. He will be greatly missed by all those who were fortunate enough to have known him and especially those in the spanking community. For anyone who has yet to sample his writing talents, we have 150 of his stories in the library.

I am really sad to read that. I too enjoyed his writing and I am glad we have his work here in the library. My thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time!

It is sad to know of his passing. His works were a masterpiece. I have a list of some of his writings. I will have to compare my list with the library.

It's always a shame to hear about a kindred spirit passing. It's good to know that some of his work will live on here.

I remember his writing back from the days of the old usenet forums, in which he was an active participant. One of the first people to write on line about so much that others only fantasized about. I never knew him or met him personally, but he was a fine and brave writer and will be missed by everyone.
