Toggle display of 'Today' stats and admin menu

Have added the ability to toggle the display of 'Today's' loaded stats by clicking on the button labelled 'Today' found at the end of the second row of menu buttons. Note the default for the display has also been set to "off".

For validaters and admins I have also added a button labelled 'Admin' which will toggle your admin menu buttons on or off in the same way. The default here, however, is for them to be showing.

The message here, obviously, is that you are expected to be ON the job rather than OFF.
