Theft Story Challenge 2014

I have two in there now and I am thinking of doing a third. It is such a broad topic that the possible variations are as numberless as the stars. Well maybe not that many but a lot!

I've entered one for the first time. I guess some of the nagging paid off .

I'm about a third of the way done with my entry :D

I've entered one ... but first I took it to my writing group to see what they thought of it!

Is that cheating or sheer madness??

I don't think it's cheating at all. A writers group is just a helpful bunch of people giving their constructive criticism to authors who are a member of it. That is unless they're involved with the LSF and are submitting a story in the challenge, or joined the LSF to read stories, or helped you edit it with ideas. That would not be fair in a sense that they know who wrote it. At least MC asked the question on an open forum. He didn't have to.

You're a braver man than me MC! I think my book group would be horrified if they knew about my writing activities on this site!

They liked it, so I've not made any changes.

In these Challenges I do not have a group to submit any ideas or stories to. How in the world does one get such a group?
