Wellred Weekly: Comment notification

With a bit of luck comment notification should now be available for those who have submitted an article to the Wellred Weekly. It will need to be set up from scratch as it is independent from the main library site and so far I've only activated it for those contributors from Issue 8. I expect to set up the rest shortly, as articles from previous issues still pick up comments. If you're also an author on the LSF and don't have comment notification enabled I won't enable it for the Wellred, unless you tell me you want it switched on.

Thank you Februs. The comment notification helps a lot because it allows contributors to see if there are any new comments on their submissions without having to constantly check all their previous submissions.
