Hi Tom
Read lots, write lots and comment more but most important is to have fun. The forum is a great place to learn a little more about the any members on site and they are always interested in a new opinion. Welcome aboard and I am sure you will fit right in.

Hullo Tom Hobbes and welcome to the LSF. I have already read "Practice" and commented on same. If this is your usual quality of writing, you are indeed a great addition to our staff of diligent authors.

Tom Hobbes? Didn't he once write that "Life is nasty, brutish and full of severe spankings"?
Ahhhh, perhaps I'm thinking of someone else... --C.K.

Thank you all for such a warm, generous welcome. And while I may have residue of my rather dank philosophic bent with me the glow of this place may convert me to a far more favorable view of life. Perhaps is the dialectic of pain and pleasure that lights up this site. . . ..
