Had problems with CC address for last 24 hours plus. Used spanking library in Dogpile and it came up with tk as the fourth suggestion.

That is exactly what I used: Dogpile. A great Super search engine. Also, Monster Crawler, Web Crawler. All work great.

I'm able to enter into Library through BL. So far so good, but when I try to enter the Forum I get the obnoxious Google information that such site doesn't exist. So I tried changing the domain in the URL from co.cc to .tk and it worked. So now I'm browsing the Library from
http://www.bottomlines.co.uk/library/
and forum from
http://www.spankinglibrary.tk/forum/.
I tried to enter from
http://www.spankinglibrary.tk/
but it doesn't recognize me and asks me to register. As I wouldn't remember my BL password if my life would depend on it, so I prefered to wait for instructions from Februs.

Had same problem, google led me to a discussion page and I found the tk address on that page.

I yelled at my computer loud enough and long enough that it got me in through co.cc. If that hadn't worked, I would have banged it with my shoe. (warning: these are highly technical procedures - please don't try them unless you've had the proper training).

I haven't been able to get in with the co.cc address for around 36 hours, using google chrome as my browser. I found the .tk address on twitter, which I reached from a google search.
I'm really relieved to find that the site hasn't vanished!

Yes I was very worried when I found I couldn't sign in, but I remembered from past forum posts there was an alternate site..but of course couldn't remember it. On one of the 5 occasions I tried to sign into the .co.cc address Google chrome offered a further search whereby I found the .tk addy. lets hope this one doesn't disappear on us too! That would be just awful! So I am glad that Februs had a back up address for the site
And Rick.... obviously you have worked out that spanking your computer is a great way of fixing any misbehaviours

This is called rebooting.
