Well, yes, I've always assumed that flopsy looks a whole lot like Seven of Nine--and most Library members (with the notable exception of Arthur James Blimp) know better than to resist her will RE Library matters, given her purported 'direct pipeline' to Miss Thrashbottom.
I've also figured that Februs, with his technical expertise, probably resembles Locutus quite a bit... --C.K.
