Looking for lost story Adult accountant almost paddled at school

Hello LSF group, I need a bit of help finding a story. It was on VOY brainstorming fiction writers in 2012.
The author on VOY was listed as "Jessica M", this was perhaps the most fulfilling spanking story where no actual spanking occurred, reading it was wonderful sweet torment.

The scenario was a young female accountant took a assignment for a Southern school that paddled- The principal she refereed to as "Principal Paddler" used '"Old Hickory" if I recall- There was alot of tension, but no actual paddling occurred, there was supposed to be followup chapters in the vein of "Cindy regresses" but alas the VOY forum ate the story....

I have tried the "way-back machine" at archive.org and can only see the purposed follow up chapters discussed.Bummer...

Anyone know of this or the author's other works?

I am not exagerating, the build up in this story was by far - World Class.

Without trying to flatter, I was totally charmed by that story- That story and the build up is the standard against which other stories are judged, in my humble opinion.
