This was a story I found on another spanking forum. A group of women attend a seminar on proper spanking and discipline techniques, and eventually bring in their sons, daughters, and husbands to practice said techniques.

The only other details I remember is it was a multi-part story. The woman leading the seminar would demo spanking techniques up on stage, and then encourage the women attending to bring in "volunteers" the next day to practice what they learned.
