I would love to find this story which I believe was in a magazine.
The daughter went out to a ball or a prom, elaborately dressed and returned home long after curfew. Her father was waiting for her, "hairbrush in hand." Her ball dress did not impeded him; he raised and lowered and then administer a prolonged hairbrush spanking on the bare. The following morning, long before she had time to recover, he spanked again, just as hard. She was bawling.
We learn that this is his severe punishment method: to spank soundly immediately after her misbehavior and then, a couple of hours later, to spank again, on a bare bottom still very sore from the previous spanking, letting the soreness deliver enhanced sting and burn.
