Looking for story

I saw it on Soc.Sexuality.Spanking years ago and I think it was called "Survey Says". The story is about a mother who reads a newspaper article that says a survey of parents were taken and spankings should be the primary form of discipline in the country again. The mother hands the article to her son and tells him to get ready for bed. The boy reads the article and understands he won't be sitting for long.

Have just loaded a story by that name... is that the one?
