Twice widowed by the age of 40, it seems as though Angela's once vibrant and adventurous spirit has died along with her last husband. She wears black, refers to herself as The Black Widow, and experiences limited success in meeting Mr Right from the available suitors on an online dating site she has joined. But perhaps her lack of success in finding a new partner is attributed not only to her cautious disposition and gloomy outlook but to her specific requirements - she needs a partner who will spank her as well as love her. Many of the men from the dating site are weird and unsuitable... but then there is Sid. Different from the others, he can be compassionate, understanding, and amusing - and would be delighted to take her over his knee. Eventually, Angela picks up the phone and calls him, now ready to move on with a new phase of her life.
