Susan wants a lodger to share the house with her and her adult daughter Cybil; but she has very specific requirements - it must be a lodger who will obey her rules. Jeff seems the ideal candidate, but on the first day he falls foul of her, and finds out how she deals with rule-breaking. When Susan goes away for two weeks, Jeff spanks Cybil with a wooden spoon, then lies about it, leaving him at the mercy of first Cybil and then Susan. Jeff earns himself yet another spanking when he is rude to Susan's sister Irene. Later, he breaks house rules by bringing his girlfriend Jenny over to stay - this results in the pair of them getting a spanking when they are caught. Watching Jeff get a bottom roasting gives Jenny an idea, resulting in a major change in their relationship as she becomes his disciplinarian.
