Here we are, on just the 24th of February, and have a new record high for comments in a month. Pretty amazing.

I predict that, in at least nine of the next ten stories posted here on the Library, someone gets a spanking. How's that? I also see the sun rising tomorrow, the tide coming in and going out, Blimp visiting Miss Thrashbottom...

Not much new there then njrick . I expect Blimp will cope, he writes enough about thrashed bottoms himself so he should know what to expect by now. Gaze on and be amazed .

NJ, It sounds rather more like wishful thinking than clairvoyance!! You should worry more about the visits you are going to get from certain hard drinking members of the library staff, once they manage to buy airline tickets for 23p each!

Now THAT is scary stuff indeed!

The comments posted in February has raised the bar significantly. It`s about a 15% increase over January (or thereabouts) and in the shortest month of the calendar as well. Congrats all round I reckon.

It would be great if every story was given a comment by someone. With no comment one does not know whether the dearth is because the story is not worth it or what. One loves receiving admiring comments, but honest criticism is even better to receive. It may sometimes be a bit painful, but without it how do you know how to improve?

November 2012 is now officially the best comment month ever. And we still have over a week to go!

(Sorry to steal your thunder Njrick, you can take it from here.)

Regarding comments I subscribe to the view of Hans Christian Andersen, "If you haven't got anything nice to say, you'd better keep silent."
I firmly believe that comment should be positive and that criticism should be constructive!
