I am looking for a video where repeated canings are administered under the direction of a lovely young lady who calls out "Stroke!) before each one!

Maybe the caning strain was inducing one and she was trying to tell her Top? Was her speech slurred at all?

I do not speak Hungarian which is the language used (albeit with English sub titles) but rather than the word stroke being used, a lady prior each stroke uses phrase "Cane up" to proceed the stroke Kyra (Jessica Lee) raising the cane above her head in two hands prior to each cane stroke. which the observing lady counts after the stroke administered.

Unsure if meets your desired criteria, but thought i would mention it, but as said like much of the company's other work, it is at the more extreme of severity.
