Congratulations on your fine win, Flopsy! And commiserations to Februs for being so near. You should have won with a single transferable vote as promoted by the Lib Dems, Februs!

Congrats to all the winners, the runners up and to the rest of the brave souls who put their best effort forward. Overall I was amazed at the quality and quantity of the entries. I have never been one for poetry but clearly we have a small crowd of poets among us. Great job everyone

Let me join the chorus of congrats to FLOPSYBUNNY (hooray!), and Februs (and Februs and Februs) and TEM and PhilK. I was actually surprised by how much I enjoyed all the entries. Well done!

I was going to shout 'Fix!' but then thought better of it.

Thanks to everyone who voted and submitted an entry. It was good to do something a little different. Next challenge we'll be back to the photo story format again and I shall return to the IT dungeon in the library basement.

I'm sorry - that simply is not possible. With your previously-hidden talent now out in the open, you absolutely MUST contribute your (literary) work on a regular basis. Just send blimp down into the basement.

That may herald the end of the library as we know it .... unless of course we tie him to a chair so he can't do any damage down there.

Sounds like a plan to me!
