Well it's official. Thirty Six hundred and Seventy. (3670) comments for the month of May. Whew! Glad that's settled. Grin!

That's an average of 118 comments per day, folks, or almost 5 per hour. February LOOKS much lower, but with just 28 days averaged 116 per day.

but....[dramatic pause]... is an ominous new trend beginning? Well into the second day of June, there have been only 107 post! At this pace, we could end up with fewer than 3,0000 comment in June, for the first time since January. Surely not another comments slide! It's almost too horrible to contemplate!

Looks like we could be entering a comments recession, I blame the bankers ... no, I said 'bankers'!

When you want to make people worried, say "Nothing to worry about". Works best if you are an airline pilot, a doctor, an auditor, a lawyer...

One thing I have noticed when I'm on "Activity" is that I have not seen a single instance that says "commented on a challenge entry" or whatever it usually says for that function.
