Our first 'Story of the Day' is Paddled By The Apartment Manager by brian9 which has been recommended by LSF member, Bendover:

Synopsis:

Facing losing his apartment after one too many parties, Jack agrees to submit to a paddling from Sally, the apartment manager. As his girlfriend Debbie looks on, Jack gets 59 strokes of the paddle and afterwards, back at the apartment, the two have the best sex ever. Debbie has never been so turned on and decides that spanking Jack will definitely form part of their love-making from now on.

I read this story several months ago and still think it is great today. If only more apartment managers would handle disruptive tenants in the same way there would be a lot less evictions and quieter areas were everyone can enjoy a peaceful time. Mind you, when the landlady is whacking someone's bottom I don't know about peaceful but it certainly would be fun to watch, and maybe even cause a disturbance yourself...LOL

Jack deserved his spanking, every swat and the extras. I hated the apartment complex I lived in when I was in college, because no one checked the outrageous party behavior. I learned inebriated students especially loved to pull the fire alarm. I moved out after one year and did not miss the antics a little bit; especially on weekends when I had a waitress job that required me to serve breakfast at 6:30 am.
