This quote and discussion made me recall an attractive young female teacher in her 20's who supervised a study hall class I had in junior high. She was very strict, as she would punish us for talking in study hall by placing a failing grade in conduct on our report cards. She had a delicious, devilish smile on her face as she did this. I remember being both afraid of her but awed because underneath I realized I was getting wet with the thought of her spanking me on my panties.
