Question. Sorry if not placed in correct forum.

Would anyone know of free or pay web-sites that contain spanking audio stories only. It would seem to me to be easier to produce than actual video sites as the actors could use fake sound effects for the actual spanking. Example clapping hands.... Fake crying ..... I would find this type of download enjoyable for my daily drive. Thank you.

I don't know of any, but I think its a great idea. My grandmother was totally blind, and when I was a boy, she and I would listen together to audio books she would borrow from a library for the blind. Until the last few months of her life, she lived without electricity, and so listened to the books on 78 records played on a battery powered record player.

It would be fun to write some scripts if I had female and male voices willing to perform. Most stories on this site would work well with voice actors....... Just a thought though.

If you click on the Features tab there's a menu item called Narrations which contains a number of, well, narrations of stories on this site, some of which indeed have various voices sometimes even done by more than one reader. Some also have sound effects. I hope you enjoy them.

If you click on the Features Menu and then from there select Narrations, you will find seven pages of audio stories. To listen to them just click on the little headphone symbol.

We don't plan on adding any more, but there's plenty there to enjoy if you want a spanky bedtime story...

I've actually recently experimented with a similar type thing. I would write a story similar to the ones published here. Then using the voice recorder on my laptop would read and audio record the story. If you're doing this first person like a male telling of an experience he had, for example watching his sister's strapping, it can be done. I have also played around with trying to get spanking sounds recorded including clapping of hands, even so far as really laying a small paddle to my own bare buttocks and sides of my legs. One can only do so much of this trying to perfect it. My experience is that the sounds don't record all that well and I gave up on that concept.

If you are trying to do something that involves both male and female voices, you're going to have to find a female willing to read that part or it's going to be really lame. Same with fake crying. I do know that in their early days, early 80's Ed Lee made some audio recordings. They actually sold in a few adult bookstores. He had females for the female roles.

If you're looking for tools to help you with making your own audio files you could do worse than searching for podcasting editing tools. Seriously, I've heard some great effects on podcasts and I'm pretty sure that you can get canned sounds effects to add in.

I don't know if any of them are any good, but at least one site is priced right (free).

When I have recorded stories for here I used Audacity which is a free audio processing program. As GG says there are libraries of sound effects available, and one can always make one's own smacking sounds.
There is a slight problem with getting someone else remote to do other voices in that the sound environment in which the other person is recording will be different from your own and so the two recordings will sound different, and there's only so much post processing one can do to alleviate it. You can hear this in Green Eggs and Vanilla where the two voices were recorded on opposite sides of the Atlantic, and the FX added later.

I just stumbled over a podcast that lists all of its special effects. No, there were no spankings, but they link to several screams, people gasping, a crowd that's "aghast" with people saying "did you see?" "what's happening?" etc., and other sounds that could work their way into a spanking recording. As you can see from the address it's a Lovecraftian podcast.
