Room 101 - Pet Hates

Is it possible to write stories about the library without having a good sense of humor?

Vegetables...particularly cabbage and sprouts. Yuck!
Spiders. I wouldn't harm one but if i could send them all to spin webs happily in room 101, i would.
Miserable people. What's so difficult about smiling?

That reminds me. Eleventhly American spelling!! What is wrong with the letter "u" for goodness sake!!?

Oh my - Room 101 is getting very snug with all these folks and vegetables and spiders. Could it be because some people actually ENJOY being trussed up like a Christmas turkey and chucked down the trap door?

I have another offering:
1. Gob shites
2. Sausages with skins that don't crisp up!

Along with the aforementioned putting myself in my own stories (one of them about the LSF, no less) and considering everyone else inferior, I'm going to be down that trapdoor a LONG time.

I happen to like cabbages & sprouts.... and celery and peppers.

At the risk of leaving myself without much company, what annoys me most
is hearing people refer to the younger members of society as 'kids' rather
than dignifying them with the name 'children.' Grrrrr.....

The big bang we hear will be when you light your after dinner cigar after polishing off that lot!!

So that's your theory, is it? Well it ain't going to happen, because I happen not to smoke after-dinner cigars... or ANY cigars for that matter.
