No one has mentioned a couple of girls from a long time ago - Alison Payne (of early Moonglow fame) who took a very hard caning with good humour (and did 1-2-1's) and the great Vida Garman - who became a regular porn star -but only after she made some great spanking films. Alison did lots of early Moonglow videos and you can find them on their website. Perhaps the best known was Molly's Hundred when she takes over 100 firm cane strokes. But I think she'd lost some of her girlish innocence and charm by then. She was remarkable in that her bottom didn't mark much.

Well, the Jameson cousins (Julia and Joanne) were almost exclusively the spankers in the Nu-West/Leda videos/DVDs that I recall.

For guys like me who appreciate the ladies who dish out the spanking discipline, that company featured some terrific 'toppish' actresses, who were both strictly punitive and quite attractive--besides the Jameson duo, there were Janet Beckwith, Anne Bowman and Vanna Cantrell.

Ms. Cantrell is interesting because she started out with Nu-West/Leda around the age of nineteen, projecting the image of a young schoolmistress or governess who in spite of her youth is quite an effective disciplinarian of misbehaving males, yet a quarter-century later she was still active, portraying a middle-aged, highly experienced, maternal-style spanker.

Her still-youthful enthusiasm in "Walking the Circle" is a contrast to her mid-fortyish calm competence in "The Birthday Party," although in both DVDs she swings her implement(s) with considerable effectiveness. Ms. Cantrell's 'punitive partner' in the former DVD is Ms. (Julia) Jameson, whose dialogue I've always liked--she talks as though her victims should be perfectly cooperative with, and even grateful for, the lengthy chastisements they're undergoing from her (and other "Leda Ladies").

I agree with CK's assessment of the Leda ladies, especially Anne Bowman and the Jameson cousins. Not to be nit picky (well, yes, to be nit picky, because that is how I am), it was Janet Beckwith (not Beckworth), and the Jameson cousins were Joanne and Julia, not Janet.

I too liked Julia's dialogue. She was a tall woman, almost statuesque; strong looking, but not at all hefty, and she would pepper her smacks with smart-ass remarks, and occasional short outbursts of hilarious laughter, adding to the feeling of powerlessness of the spankee. She would often make the spankee agree that he deserved what she was giving him, e.g. asking while he was locked over her knee if he was learning his lesson. He would cry "yes" and then she would agree with herself, and say "good," as if that answer was going to save him, but then she would keep spanking him.
