Certain graphical elements on the site, and on author pages don't show up in the new version of Firefox. Is this just me or is it everyone? Graphic elements are showing up as either text or the broken page symbol...

Also, for what it is worth, they show up in IE and Chrome....

I'm running Firefox 57 on Linux and everything looks fine to me. Have you tried clearing the cache?

Can you send send me a screengrab via email showing the problem. As no one else has reported it that would suggest it's an issue local to your pc/laptop. What happens if you try running Firefox in safe mode:

The above post took about six overs of The Ashes to write in firefox.
This is working OK in Edge but I don't like it.
The other problem with Kaspersky is that it does a rootkit scan daily that takes ages to complete the last 5%
All I want is a poke and use system, but I really liked the old Firefox.

For what little it's worth... I'm running Firefox 57 on Windows with no problems (that I've seen so far).

Firefox has long been my preferred web browser and, for me, Firefox 57 is a big improvement on previous versions, certainly a lot faster, the only drawback being that a couple of my addons are no longer supported.

Re Kaspersky, can't you disable the unnecessary daily rootkit scan?

Another Firefox problem I've discovered: I can't play the LSF audio recordings, though they play fine in Google Chrome. Anyone else experienced this?
