Sounds like a very unique publication, certainly not like just another porn or fetish mag.
I seem to have heard of, and may actually have seen a copy in New York City newstand many years ago(not sure I can trust my memory) of a publication called "Spankers' Monthly." Anyone ever hear of that one?
I might try googling it.

Justice Weekly was a pulp newsprint pamphlet style publication from Canada that was around in the 60's. It featured spanking letters, probably written by staff. Spanker's Monthly was a very short lived pulp magazine, making it's appearance in the 70's. I think I once saw a copy on a trip to NYC. I was startled when I once heard the comedian Jonathan Winters refer it in a comedy routine when his Maude Frickert character complained that the postman hadn't delivered her issue of Spankers Monthly. I know most people thought he just made that up but I recall thinking...aha!

I remember "Spankers' Monthly" but I believe that I wasn't quite good. I could be wrong. "Corporial" tabloid was quite good.
I now recall "Justice Weekly" being published in Canada. Does anyone have any copies of this publication? I never saw the actual publication but I had read some stories from this publication, in another publication. They were very good.
