bendover mentioned an F/M story site...

Yes, it was called the "F/M Discussion Board" I believe, probably hundreds of primarily F/M stories that were lost when it went down rather suddenly.

Just about all my stories were posted to the soc.sexuality.newsgroup, so they could be recovered (albeit with a great deal of time and effort) via Google Groups, but I'm sure there were plenty of stories posted on that site that may be lost forever.

And some of the story commentary resulted in interesting discussions, those are gone too.

"Crying over spilt milk," I suppose, but until my darling wife gives me "something to really cry about" (to quote an old maternal threat), why not?

When it comes to websites closing, such as geocities, check with the archives to see whether the story is still available. Of course, If the website is private and closes, all is lost.

I am looking for the stories from the following author: "PARIS ANNETTE MORREAU." It was on another website that was on geocities by Yahoo. This website is gone. I got some from the archives but I am still missing a few parts of a series. any suggestions. SEBASTIAN

Does anyone know if the Castle Handyman stories are archived somewhere else. Their website "www.demesne.org" is no longer up, and there were some lovely stories there.

Sebastian, if it was Pennylane then that's a great shame. I think Paris posted most of her Danny stories on SIN. They should be somewhere in the archives.

With respect to the archives on the "Danny stories" from Morreau, one is not listed; "Parent/Teacher Conference". The others are O. K. I have contacted the web owner. There was a response, but no fauther responses.

Just to update people, it's taken a while and a few bounced emails but I have now managed to make contact with Paris and she has granted us permission to load her stories

So if anyone has any or knows where I can find them (apart from SIN) could they let us know. Thanks!

If you have the titles of some of the stories that appeared on the original Castle Handyman site, perhaps you could let us know what they are and we will see if they have been placed elsewhere - and we also need an up to date authors email so we can get in touch to request permission to load the stories here.

Any help tracking them down will be most welcome

I loved the Danny stories among others. I hope we can find a lot more of the oldies.
