Try "Judicial Snafu" by Jefesse.
A well commented and favourited story which is very well written.
As one of the reviewers said-"Kafkaesqe"
My only small criticism is that the number of strokes were excessive, particularly if applied with judicial force.
Other than that one of my favourites.

Since you asked, I've written many abuse of authority stories...

A 95% Chance Of Safety - touring a private prison type place where authority is abused and each girl on the tour has a 1 in 20 chance of being picked to demonstrate how they discipline there - at least in theory

Arizona Vacation - Might qualify, but it's more sex party than anything else
ld where the facility mostly exists for the "lower class" girls, but somehow the upper class ones find their way into inmate uniforms with surprising frequency.

There may be others I've written, but these are the ones that jumped out at me. Also, check out Imreadonly2 and many of Watcher's stories.

You might want to try the "Old-Fashioned Family" series by barelysofia although it's a bit on the misogynistic side. If I remember correctly it's set in a vaguely Eastern European venue where the daughter is held accountable for everything her brothers do; Dad publicly punishes her in front of friends, neighbors, etc. even though he knows she did nothing wrong.
