There was a story about a drug that started with a P I think, does not really exist, but I can't find it. Any help please?

I think you are looking for a serial entitled 'Its Not Fair' by Crimson Kid. That is my best bet anyway.

Yes, plus also "It Sure Is Fun!," but they're not all within the same specific plotline so they're listed as separate stories in this Library.

However, if you're interested more in accounts which focus on the direct effects of Puericil (mine tend to deal primarily with boys getting spanked by their womenfolk and only marginally with the drug's supposed effects), this link should take you to plenty of writing set in the "Puericil Universe":
