Looking for a specific otk + hairbrush story

Hello ! I've been without success looking for a story I read a few years ago. I cannot remember the title, but I remember some exact sentences, I hope someone could let me identify and find it !

The story is about a female, secretary or student, I'm not 100% sure if one or the other.

She was called in the principal / headmaster office and given an otk spanking. Here are some of the sentences I remember to identify (I hope) the story :

"... the pain was excruciating ..."
"... silly me, that was only the first pass ..."

This is what we call 'like looking for a needle in a haystack', although from your quotations we can see that:

* it's M/F, with hairbrush (and hand maybe) as implement
* has a first person spankee narrator
* is probably written by a North American or is set in North America ("real estate")

It doesn't ring a bell with me, I'm afraid, but it does sound fun.
